  5. This is not a product from Parsoft and is not supported by them!

  9. I did, however, get Parsofts blessing to upload this patch.  They may even come out with one of their own.

  11. •A-10 Attack! Demo 1.1.1a patch should work on any copy of A-10 Attack! Demo now.

  13. •A-10 Attack! Demo 1.1.2 patch is an alternate patch for A-10 Attack! (they both do basicaly the same thing and I haven't noticed any difference in proformance though if you fly for a million minutes with the 1.1.1a or 1.1.1 patch you may find that the program DOES quit <GRIN>.  Though if you do this E-mail me so I can laugh at your sorry life <GRIN> GRIN>)

  15. •        To use the patches just open them up (double cllick them) and you will be asked to find your A-10 Attack! Demo file.  Thats it for the patch.

  17. •        To run your new A-10 Attack! Demo 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 you must place it in the folder with your Demo Island and macsim1.0 files. (there is also an A-10.Read me file and your original A-10 Attack! Demo in this folder and I'd suggest keeping the original around)

  19. •        To use the TM Strokes set you must first open the TM Strokes folder (that you just downloaded)  And change the X to either a 1 or a 2.  If you used the 1.1.1a patch change it to a 1 and if you used the 1.1.2 patch change it to a 2)  Now move the newly named file to your System Folder:Preferences Folder:Thrustmaster Stroke Sets Folder (you can't drag it onto the system folder since it will NOT be placed automaticaly into the Thrustmaster Strokes Sets Folder)  Your now all set!  Remeber that the Caps Lock key or the Optin key (when pressed in a cockpit view) will make a coursor appear which can be used to manipulate certian switches and knobs in the cockpit.  Thus those switches and knobs are (for the most part) not included in my TM Set.

  21. The TM support in the A-10 Demo is set up for the FULL Thrustmaster hardware.  In other words if you don't have the Flight control stick, the Weapons control stick, and the Rudder control system then you won't be able to use some of the functions needed to fly.

I'll work on a set where you won't need the RCS but this isn't really a high priority in my life <GRIN>  To set it up you'll need to select mouse control in the A-10 Demo and then use the stick as mouse and Zoned selections in the TM Stroke Software.  Change the gates to modify the throttle and the rudder.  (at least this is what I'll try and do <GRIN>)

  33. Techno people.  One of the problems with the A-10 Demo is that it crashes on some computers due to a write to zero.  If you can find this (quickly since Parsoft should be comming out with a patch soon) either E-mail me at AOL and I'll make a patch for it OR make a patch yourself.
